I like that American Studies allows students the flexibility to pursue what they are interested in. It is the only major that allows me to take classes in literature, culture, history, and economics while still on track for my major. Even though the major is technically “American Studies” I am still able to study US-China relations. When I’m not at class I enjoy playing the guitar and going for runs.
