The Department of English invites you to a reading and conversation with Ava Chin. Chin is the author of the new book Mott Street: A Chinese American Family's Story of Exclusion and Homecoming, which traces her family history on East Coast and West Coast following the vagaries and hardships of the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882.
